We start with a Health Check so you know what is reliable. Then we build reporting around the questions you actually ask. Monthly support keeps it current. Predictive models come after the foundation is in place.
Your data stays yours
We handle it with confidentiality and care. You keep ownership. The public demos on this site use synthetic data in the browser — not client records, and not fake company names.
Who this is not for
We are not a fit for enterprise RFP mills, “build us a whole data department,” or a one-off chart dump with no owner involvement. If nobody on your side will use the numbers, we will say so.
How an engagement looks
This is an engagement pattern, not a case study and not invented metrics.
Most work starts with messy source data — a POS export, a few spreadsheets, tools that do not talk to each other. A Health Check shows what is reliable, what is missing, and the highest-value next step. Then we build one dashboard the owner actually uses, around the questions that come up in a normal week. If it is worth keeping current, a retainer covers updates, questions, and the next decision — not a pile of unused charts.
